Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brent Caerdinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clayton Kosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Caerdinn might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dr. Feelgood. Kosh has chosen Song 2 as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caerdinn rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kosh moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Caerdinn walks into a straight right hand from Kosh.
Kosh throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Caerdinn uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kosh.
Caerdinn uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kosh.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kosh, as that shot connected.

Kosh lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Kosh blocks a head kick by Caerdinn.
Kosh scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Caerdinn moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Kosh fails to land with a series of punches.
Caerdinn throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Kosh counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Caerdinn!

Kosh wants to finish this one by submission but Caerdinn is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Kosh.

Caerdinn is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Caerdinn is desperately trying to improve his position but Kosh has a good base and remains in mount.

Kosh jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Caerdinn is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Caerdinn and Kosh has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Caerdinn is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Kosh is controlling him well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kosh wants to control for a moment but Caerdinn uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.

Caerdinn is staying active underneath Kosh, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Kosh looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Caerdinn is staying active underneath Kosh, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Kosh is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Kosh uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Caerdinn.
Kosh throws the left hand but Caerdinn avoids the punch easily.

and Caerdinn connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Kosh stuffs the takedown attempt from Caerdinn. Caerdinn gets slowly back to his feet.

Kosh blocks a low kick nicely.
Caerdinn attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Kosh checks a leg kick.

Caerdinn is keen to just control but Kosh is a slippery customer.
Kosh moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Kosh is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Kosh throws out a loose jab but Caerdinn uses good head movement to avoid it.

Kosh lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Caerdinn at a distance.
Kosh slips a jab from Caerdinn.
A nice combination there by Kosh.
Caerdinn lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Caerdinn lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Caerdinn throws a right hand that Kosh ducks under and follows up with a left that Kosh also avoids with ease.
Kosh looks to land a left hand but Caerdinn moved out of range nicely.

Caerdinn ducks right into an uppercut from Kosh.
Caerdinn walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Kosh checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Kosh misses with a shot to the body
and Caerdinn counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kosh looks for a takedown but Caerdinn sprawls well.

That has opened up Clayton Kosh's cut even more.

and Kosh counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Kosh is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Caerdinn is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Caerdinn has escaped and now he's on top!

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kosh is on top in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Clayton Kosh comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Kosh has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
