Savage is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Pomp And Circumstance. Randy Savage looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Randy Savage!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Savage misses.
Savage looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Nasty throws a jab when Savage was well out of range.

Nasty moves into the clinch.
Nasty fails to pull guard.
Nasty misses with the head strike.
Nasty tries for a takedown. No joy.
Savage scores with a shoulder strike.
Nasty's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Nasty tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Big Nasty. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nasty is stalling here.
Nasty can't break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nasty fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Nasty tries to land knees in the clinch but Savage avoids the damage to the body.
Nasty misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Nasty drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Savage gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Nasty jumps guard but Savage stands there with Nasty around his waist. Nasty gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Savage should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Savage wants to get back to striking at distance but Nasty won't allow it.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Savage wants to break the clinch but can't.

Nasty breaks from the clinch.
Nasty dodges the punch combination from Savage.
Nasty looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Savage gets caught flat footed, as Nasty shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Nasty seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Savage keeping moving, preventing Nasty from controlling successfully.

Nasty postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Nasty looking to sit in guard and control but Savage gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Savage is sitting in close to Nasty's body. Nasty has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Savage is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Savage is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Nasty.
