The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia shoots in but Sullyvan avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sullyvan goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Garcia shoots in for a takedown but Sullyvan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Sullyvan scores with the left hand. Garcia knows he should have avoided that one.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
No joy there for Sullyvan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Garcia fails to land with a series of punches.
Sullyvan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Garcia.
Sullyvan is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Sullyvan throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sullyvan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

A nice combination there by Sullyvan.
Sullyvan cracks Garcia with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Garcia tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Sullyvan pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Garcia is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Johnny Sullyvan!
