The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
CroCop throws a head kick but Montillo moves out of range.
Mirko CroCop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
CroCop lands a big head kick that sends Montillo tumbling to the mat! CroCop takes a step backwards and waves Montillo back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Jean Montillo has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
CroCop stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and CroCop wants it to stay on the feet.
CroCop goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
