Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cristiano Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abhidi Sharma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes into the arena with The last man standIng by-people in planes blaring out of the sound system. Sharma is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Meditation. Abhidi Sharma has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sharma swivels and escapes.
Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Sharma sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sharma tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Silva paws at him with a jab and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Silva really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Silva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sharma's waist but Sharma gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silva off to one side.

Abhidi Sharma showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Silva shoots in looking for a takedown. Sharma tries to sprawl out of it but Silva keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sharma manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Well Sharma has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
