DeAntonio comes into the arena with "Psychosocial" by Slipknot blaring out of the sound system. Miller has chosen Moby - Extreme Ways as his entrance music. Jason Miller has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller fakes high and swings low for a body shot but DeAntonio manages to avoid it.
Miller looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? DeAntonio is fending him off so far but Miller persists. Nope, DeAntonio circles away and we're back to standing.
DeAntonio blocks a head kick by Miller.

DeAntonio closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - DeAntonio lands in his opponent's guard.

DeAntonio decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Miller, up you get!

DeAntonio moves into range and clinches up with Miller.
Miller wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Miller is trying to maintain a safe position but DeAntonio gets an underhook and turns Miller into the cage.
DeAntonio takes a knee to the side of the body.

DeAntonio breaks from the clinch.
DeAntonio lands with a nice combination. Miller backs away looking to recover.
Miller clinches but DeAntonio breaks the clinch

and DeAntonio counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
DeAntonio connects with a couple of short punches.
Miller wants to sweep but no luck.
Miller looks gassed!

DeAntonio gets to his feet. Miller looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

DeAntonio is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Miller's half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
