Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Sauve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ren Eto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sauve has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Ren Eto has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kyle Sauve's chin.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Eto has momentary wrist control but Sauve slips an elbow through the middle.

Eto looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Sauve puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Sauve looks up at the clock and then as Eto takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Sauve smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Eto taking punishment in the form of punches.
Eto tries to escape but Sauve is in control.
Sauve in side control lands a decent elbow.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Sauve closes the distance and clinches up with Eto, looking for a takedown. Sauve pushes Eto against the cage but Eto circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Sauve shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Eto as he avoids it easily.
Eto lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Sauve is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Eto.
Kyle Sauve is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Sauve looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Sauve wants to take a breather but Eto is having none of it.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Eto trying to hold on to Sauve's head to control him but Sauve postures up.
Kyle Sauve overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Eto really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sauve. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sauve winds up and cracks Eto with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Eto tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Sauve manages to move to mount!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sauve cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Sauve pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Eto's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Sauve is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Eto to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Eto shrugs it off.
Eto is trying to stand.
Sauve cracks Eto with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Sauve is landing with some decent strikes but Eto is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
