These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jensen throws a nice looking combination but West bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
West moves out of range as Jensen strikes.
Jensen misses with a few strikes there.
Jensen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Leroy Jensen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jensen cracks West with a right hand to the side of the head.
Jensen connects with a body shot.
West uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jensen.
West slips a jab and a cross from Jensen.
Jensen uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
West displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jensen throws out the jab.
West getting the better of the striking in that exchange.

It looks like Leroy Jensen has been cut.

Excellent takedown into side control there by West.

West is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jensen is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

West stands up and we're back to a striking position.
