Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raul Ewing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tommy Jensen is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Raul Ewing!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tommy Jensen!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Jonathan Paton and John Roberts.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ewing looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Ewing wants to stand but Jensen has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Jensen keeping moving, preventing Ewing from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jensen is pulling down on Ewing's head. It's preventing any offense from Ewing, at least for the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jensen looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Jensen had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ewing defends it easily.
Jensen wants to sweep here but Ewing controlling him for the moment.

Ewing drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ewing jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Ewing shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Ewing is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Jensen to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Jensen shrugs it off.
Jensen is working to get back to half guard.
Ewing is breathing heavily.
Jensen regains half guard.
Jensen is looking to improve his position.

Jensen makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Ewing steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jensen.
Jensen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ewing throws a head kick but Jensen moves out of range.

Jensen defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ewing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Raul Ewing. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jensen shoots in but no luck this time.
Jensen moves in looking to clinch but Ewing pushes him off.

Jensen shoots for a double leg takedown but Ewing sprawls well. He's pushed Jensen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Jensen decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Ewing, up you get!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Ewing thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Ewing is pressing down on Jensen's thigh, looking to free his foot. Jensen is holding on for now.
Jensen is looking for a sweep. Ewing is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Ewing is keen to just control but Jensen is a slippery customer.
Jensen is trying to maintain the position but Ewing is very close to passing his half guard.
Jensen regains full guard. Nicely done.
Jensen wants to sweep here but Ewing controlling him for the moment.

Ewing has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jensen is proving hard to escape from.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Jensen throws a half hearted mid kick.

Jensen shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Ewing napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Jensen decides to stand up, so the ref orders Ewing to his feet.
Horrible takedown by Ewing or perhaps it was just good defense by Jensen which made him look bad.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jensen is defended easily by Ewing.
Raul Ewing has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommy Jensen.
Ewing closes the distance but Jensen moves to the side
and Jensen counters with a one-two to the body.

Jensen closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Ewing wants to control but Jensen is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Ewing misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Jensen is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ewing doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jensen.
Jensen stops Ewing from getting back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Tommy Jensen will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Ewing has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jensen is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Jensen tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Raul Ewing has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommy Jensen.

Jensen jumps into guard, dragging Ewing to the mat.

Ewing wants to get up but he can't break Jensen's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Jensen holds on and takes a little breather.

Jensen is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Ewing is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Jensen has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Ewing is looking to defend but Jensen has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Ewing! Jensen pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Ewing taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:04 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Tommy Jensen!
