Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bubbi Morthens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tek O Brian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Brian has chosen Type O Negative - Black No. 1 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Brian leaves Morthens with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

O Brian shoots in and bounces Morthens off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Morthens manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

O Brian jumps guard and drags Morthens to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
O Brian is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
