The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
rodriguez shoots for a takedown but Sosa saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Sosa closes the distance and clinches.
Sosa pulls guard successfully.
rodriguez wants to control from the top but Sosa keeps moving.
Sosa knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for rodriguez on the ground.

rodriguez got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sosa has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, rodriguez has managed to get both his arms back between Sosa's legs - danger averted.
rodriguez drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says rodriguez as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Sosa screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with rodriguez! Nice submission victory there!
