Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Adam Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Not Enough (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Nelson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Not Enough!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Enough moves into range and clinches up with Nelson.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Nelson avoiding damage as Enough throws knees to the body.
Enough unloads a knee to the mid-section. Nelson lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Enough decides to pull guard.
Enough thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Nelson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Nelson trying to control the position from guard on top but Enough is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Nelson looking to pass the guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nelson is working hard here to advance position.
Enough tries to strike from the bottom.
Enough controls Nelson momentarily but Nelson frees himself.
Enough keeping moving, preventing Nelson from controlling successfully.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Nelson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Enough fails with an attempt to clinch.
Enough tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nelson paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Nelson looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Enough!
Nelson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Enough is looking to escape.

Enough is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Nelson seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Enough is holding on tight.
Enough bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Enough wants to control from the top but Nelson keeps moving.

Nelson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Enough stands and throws Nelson's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Enough throws an elbow but Nelson slips to the side and avoids it well.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Enough trying to control the action but Nelson is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Enough working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.

Nelson is trying to control Enough's posture but Enough avoids it.
Nelson tries to control but Enough manages to take his back.
Enough throwing sloppy strikes.
Enough punches the canvas rather than the man.
You can see the frustration on Nelson's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Enough trying to control momentarily.
Nelson tries to escape the position.
Enough trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Enough has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Nelson.

Enough doesn't have the hooks in and Nelson manages to turn into his guard.
Nelson controls from within his opponent's guard.
Nelson sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Enough's guard.

Nelson works his foot free and advances to mount.
Nelson tries to control but Enough wriggling away.

Nelson wants to finish this one by submission but Enough is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Nelson.
Enough wants to control but Nelson is having none of it.
Enough tries to reverse the position but Nelson maintains control.

Nelson is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Enough has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Enough!

Enough avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Enough throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Not Enough will probably get the nod.
That's time! Nelson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Enough shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Enough was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Nelson is desperately trying to improve his position but Enough has a good base and remains in mount.

Enough is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Nelson can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Nelson is working to get back to half guard.
Enough throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

The referee warns Nelson that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Nelson bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Enough had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Nelson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Enough Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Nelson's back instead.
Nelson looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Nelson tries to escape the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Enough throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.
Enough is trying to stick to Nelson's back but Nelson is turning into Enough. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Enough's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Nelson.

Enough doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Enough bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Nelson's guard.

Enough is taking a breather. Nelson says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Enough seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Nelson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Enough is breathing heavily.

Nelson wants to improve his position but Enough is controlling well.
Nelson wants to get back to full guard but Enough has passed into side control.

Nelson wants to hold on but Enough pushes him away.

Enough wants to control the pace but Nelson is squirming around nicely.

Enough working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

Nelson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Nelson is refusing to be controlled, as Enough sits in half guard.

Nelson is trying to maintain the position but Enough is very close to passing his half guard.

Nelson slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Enough is pushing down on Nelson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Nelson is fighting to maintain full guard but Enough has managed to sneak the leg through.

Nelson regains full guard. Nicely done.
Enough throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Nelson works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Enough thows a big elbow that misses.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Enough tries to clinch but Nelson is having none of it.
Nelson fails with the takedown
and Enough connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Enough closes the distance and clinches.
Nelson goes for a takedown attempt but Enough pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Nelson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Nelson is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Enough has managed to free his arm - good work.

Nelson in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Enough tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Nelson!
