The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Runner is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
David throws a nice looking combination but Runner bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
David lets loose with a powerful body kick. Runner will feel that in the morning.
Runner takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

David drops Runner with a beautiful combination! Runner stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - David is looking for the KO!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
David tries a head kick but it misses.
Oh Runner is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
David dances in with a quick combination. Runner is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from David snaps Runner's head back. Runner stumbles backwards against the cage. David steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Runner's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Runner just didn't come prepared.
