PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Frank Cobain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Curtis Brighamovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brighamovic stuffs the takedown attempt from Cobain. Cobain gets slowly back to his feet.

Cobain goes for a takedown in the clinch but Brighamovic prevents it.

Brighamovic has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Cobain is trying to keep an underhook but Brighamovic manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Cobain knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Brighamovic on the ground.

Cobain feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
