The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters circling a little - Roids finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Etim avoids the head kick by Roids.

Etim bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Etim tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Etim is trying to get an arm triangle but Roids is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Etim wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Roids, who protects the arm well.
Etim looks gassed!
Roids is looking for a sweep.
Roids is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Etim off and has taken his back!
Etim is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Roids is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Etim defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
