The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Francesco has a takedown stuffed.
Francesco fails to land the takedown.
Francesco fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Francesco throws a right and a left that Johnson avoids nicely.
Francesco swings for the body but Johnson moves out of range.
Johnson tries a head kick but it misses.
Francesco ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Johnson moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Francesco shoots for a double leg takedown but Johnson sprawls well. He's pushed Francesco's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Francesco is breathing heavily.

Johnson drops Francesco with a left and a right! Oh, Francesco is hurt - Johnson dives into side control looking to finish!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Francesco is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Johnson advances to full mount.
Oh Francesco is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Johnson lands a big shot there that rocks Francesco but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Johnson postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Francesco badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Johnson around the waist but Johnson pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Johnson is the winner by TKO! Johnson jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
