Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Heimdall Aegir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Paulson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paulson has chosen Pantera - Cowboys from Hell as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Aegir changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Paulson tries to avoid it but Aegir manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Paulson to the ground. Paulson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Paulson is concentrating on defense, preventing Aegir from advancing position.
Aegir is stalling here. Paulson is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Aegir seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Paulson has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
