The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice shoots in for a double leg but Kent sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kent tries for a takedown but Slice circles away easily
and Slice counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Kent!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Slice lands a big elbow.
Kent is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Slice looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

A big strike lands for Slice! That's really hurt Kent and he's turned his back - Slice keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Slice jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
