The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller swats away the attempt to clinch by Severence.
Miller doesn't manage to clinch there - Severence circles away.
Miller dodges the punch combination from Severence.
Miller lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Severence backs up against the cage.
Horrible takedown by Severence or perhaps it was just good defense by Miller which made him look bad.
Miller wants to clinch.
Severence looks to score with a jab to the body but Miller is just out of range.
Miller avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Miller fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Severence, pushing him back against the cage.

A right handed body shot lands from Miller.
Severence pushes off an throws an elbow but Miller leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Miller using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Severence has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Severence drags the fight down to the ground.
Severence thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Miller stopping the sweep attempt from Severence.
Miller must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Severence is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Miller frees his head nicely. Oh but Severence has switched to an armbar! Miller is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
