These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from trotter finds it's way through Heartless's defenses.

It looks like Koldan Heartless has been cut.
trotter throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Heartless's waist but Heartless gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing trotter off to one side.
Heartless dips to his left and cracks trotter with an uppercut!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Heartless keeps the fight on the outside.
trotter moves in looking to clinch but Heartless pushes him off.
trotter shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Heartless pinned against the cage. Heartless gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
trotter tries to clinch up but Heartless circles away and keeps his distance.
Heartless looks to land a left hand but trotter moved out of range nicely.

Heartless closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Heartless escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Heartless on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by trotter. trotter obviously looking to wear him down.

Heartless has trotter up against the cage in a clinch.

Heartless cracks trotter with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Heartless has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning trotter to stand back up!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Heartless connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks trotter out cold! This one is over in a flash!
