Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Heiji Endo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Bruens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruens has chosen River Below as his entrance music. Paul Bruens has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Heiji Endo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Heiji Endo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Paul Bruens!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bruens closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Endo to the mat! Endo manages to get full guard.
Bruens trying to control but Endo is working from the bottom.
Endo wants to stand up but Bruens is controlling him.
Endo working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bruens.
Bruens is working Endo over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Bruens stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Endo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Endo is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Bruens's half guard.

Well Bruens has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
