Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roland Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arturo Marianos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Marianos's choice of entrance music: Victory. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Columbo Gatti and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Smith misses with a looping left.
Marianos throws a head kick that Smith semi-blocks.
Smith keeps the fight on the outside.
Marianos is looking to clinch.

Smith feints and as Marianos raises his hands in defense, Smith changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Smith stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Marianos swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Marianos lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Smith!
Marianos prevents Smith from getting the reversal.
Marianos throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Smith is desperately trying to improve his position but Marianos has a good base and remains in mount.
Marianos misses with a head shot.
Marianos tries to control but Smith wriggling away.
Smith bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
