Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Super Jim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Got Milk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Super Jim has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Super Jim!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Got Milk!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Milk will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
No joy there for Milk, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jim shoots in for a takedown but Milk shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jim throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Milk counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.


It looks like Super Jim has been cut.
Jim defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Milk.
Milk tries to clinch up but Jim circles away and keeps his distance.

Milk shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jim manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Jim avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Jim has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Milk is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Jim.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jim is looking to get back to his feet here but Milk is keeping cool and he's managed to take Jim's back.
Jim tries to break free.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jim is taking damage to the body and head.

Jim manages to get to his feet, escaping the difficult position.
Jim stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jim wants it to stay on the feet.
Super Jim has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Got Milk.
Jim throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jim shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Milk counters with a two punch combo.
Jim is breathing heavily.
Milk tries for a takedown but Jim sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Milk bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Milk tries for a kimura but Jim is defending well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jim on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Milk working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Jim is looking for a sweep.

Milk stands up.

Milk looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Jim has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Milk can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Milk drops back looking for a leg! Jim is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jim manages to kick Milk off! Milk jumps back into Jim's guard.
Milk wanted to stand there but Jim had control of the position.

Milk drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jim manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Milk has Jim in his guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Jim avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Jim drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jim jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Milk escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jim gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jim drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jim jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Got Milk dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Super Jim's cut.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Milk moves in looking to clinch but Jim pushes him off.
Milk fails in his attempt to clinch.
Milk looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jim lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Jim.


It looks like Got Milk has been cut.
Good leg kick by Milk there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Jim drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Jim is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Milk knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Milk is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Milk kicks Jim off and gets back to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Milk throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jim's waist but Jim gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Milk off to one side.
Jim throws a right hand that Milk ducks under and follows up with a left that Milk also avoids with ease.

Milk drives through with a takedown into guard.

Jim looking for subs off his back but Milk has passed one foot through into half guard.
Milk lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Jim is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Milk pulls his head out easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ground and pound from Milk.
Milk slips a nice elbow through Jim's hands, connecting with Jim's forehead.

Milk seems to be working for a kimura but Jim defends the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jim works his way to full guard. Good work.

Jim looking for subs off his back but Milk has passed one foot through into half guard.
Milk looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Jim with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Milk decides to return to a standing position.

Milk shoots in and bounces Jim off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Jim has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Milk can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Jim looking for a guillotine here but Milk defends easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Milk decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Milk forces Jim back against the cage and clinches.
Milk has Jim pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Jim manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Milk decides to pull guard.

Milk throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Milk looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Jim has picked Milk up and slammed him! Milk can't keep hold of the triangle and Jim manages to pass to side control!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Got Milk showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Jim throws a series of punches but Milk avoids them all with ease.
Milk dodges the punch combination from Jim.
Milk throws a head kick but Jim moves out of range.
Milk tries to close the distance and clinch but Jim swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Super Jim is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Milk throws a left and a right that both miss

and Jim counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Milk!

Jim wants to finish this one by submission but Milk is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Jim.

Jim moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Milk has worked his arm free - good work by Milk!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Milk is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Jim off and has taken his back!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Oooh a big shot gets through from Milk. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
Jim trying to get back to his feet but Milk is in full control for now.
Milk is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Jim up.
Jim tries to break free.

Milk is cranking Jim's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Jim! He's tightened the choke and Jim is tapping out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Got Milk!
