Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between George Sotiropoulos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ference Gabor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gabor has chosen Vendetta as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gabor slips a jab from Sotiropoulos.

Gabor shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Sotiropoulos is trying to defend but Gabor finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Gabor thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sotiropoulos's head.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Gabor lands a nice short elbow.

Sotiropoulos throws out a loose jab but Gabor uses good head movement to avoid it.
Gabor shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Gabor showed some decent athleticism there.
Sotiropoulos is trying to stand back up but Gabor is controlling him

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Gabor is trying to control. Sotiropoulos wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Gabor might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Sotiropoulos kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Ground and pound from Gabor.
Gabor looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Gabor looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sotiropoulos with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Sotiropoulos tries to roll over but Gabor keeps him under control.

Sotiropoulos preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Sotiropoulos wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gabor thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Gabor is keen to just control but Sotiropoulos is a slippery customer.

Gabor has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Gabor there as he acknowledges the shot.
Gabor looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sotiropoulos is fending him off so far but Gabor persists. Nope, Sotiropoulos circles away and we're back to standing.
Sotiropoulos takes a swing at Gabor's ribcage but misses.
Sotiropoulos drops Gabor with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gabor looks back up at him and smiles so Sotiropoulos waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Gabor is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Sotiropoulos looks to land a right hand but Gabor moved out of range.
Gabor throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Gabor seems to have recovered his senses.
Gabor takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

That's time! Sotiropoulos's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Gabor tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sotiropoulos sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gabor somewhat.
Sotiropoulos throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gabor stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Sotiropoulos misses the jab.
Gabor shoots in and bounces Sotiropoulos off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Sotiropoulos wants to stand but Gabor is controlling the position.
Gabor wants to pass the guard but Sotiropoulos is keeping the position.
Sotiropoulos pulls Gabor in close to his closed guard and prevents Gabor from doing any damage or advancing position.

Gabor closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Gabor not landing any meaningful shots this time.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Gabor looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
And that's the end of the fight!
George Sotiropoulos showed his dominance in that final round.
