Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pera Vihtahousu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wanderlei Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vihtahousu kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Konevitsan Kirkonkellot. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vihtahousu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but Vihtahousu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Silva throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Vihtahousu was covering up waiting for the punch and Silva finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Vihtahousu doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Vihtahousu is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Silva is aware though and is defending well.

Vihtahousu has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Silva should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Vihtahousu has tightened it up now! Silva should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
