The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DonaVan ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Gorilla lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
DonaVan slips a jab and a cross from Gorilla.
Gorilla misses with a few strikes there.
Willian Gorilla seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gorilla misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Gorilla swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
DonaVan showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gorilla.
Gorilla lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but DonaVan circles away quickly and effectively.
Gorilla tries to bum rush DonaVan with a series of wild strikes but DonaVan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Gorilla looks to throw the jab but DonaVan is out of range.
DonaVan slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Gorilla throws a right and a left that both miss.
Gorilla throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and DonaVan counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Gorilla is breathing heavily.
Gorilla misses with a double jab
and DonaVan counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Gorilla off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - DonaVan follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Gorilla was out before he hit the floor.
