Petrov has chosen Sentenced - Konevitsan Kirkonkellot as his entrance music. Numero Uno had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fedja Petrov!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Uno gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Still in the clinch, Uno scores with a nice short uppercut.
A knee to the head by Uno.
Uno lands a left hand.
Petrov jumps guard but Uno stands there with Petrov around his waist. Petrov gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Petrov can't break the clinch.
Uno stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Uno scores with a shoulder strike.
Uno scores with a hook to the body.
A short right from Uno on the inside.
Uno swings wildly with an uppercut but Petrov uses good head movement to avoid it.

Petrov breaks the clinch.

Uno closes the distance and clinches.
Petrov tries to pull guard but Uno holds him up against the cage and eventually Petrov drops back down to his feet.
Uno working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Uno throws a head punch that misses.
Uno lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Petrov.
Petrov looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Petrov tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Uno smiles and moves away.
Numero Uno has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fedja Petrov.
Uno is looking to clinch.
Petrov throws a right and a left that both miss.
Uno closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Uno tries to clinch but Petrov moves out of range.

Uno lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Petrov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Uno walks away with a smile on his face. Petrov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Uno scores with a body shot.

Uno lands a big right hand that sends Petrov crashing to the mat! Uno stays standing though and waves Petrov back to his feet!

Petrov is rocked!
Uno throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Petrov crumples to the floor and the fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Numero Uno!
