The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Black goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Mom has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Black but great work by Mom.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
A combination from Mom does no damage.
Mom scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Black looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Mom tries to roll over but Black keeps him under control.

Black shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mom but Mom pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mom throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Black stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Mom works over Black's head and body with a nice combination.

Mom drops Black with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Black looks back up at him and smiles so Mom waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Black is rocked!
Mom is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Mom knocks Black out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
