Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, hiro pongha!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
pongha circles away from the clinch attempt.

silva forces pongha back against the cage and clinches.
silva creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through pongha's defenses.
silva lands an elbow inside that pongha shrugs off.
pongha on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
pongha takes an elbow to the forehead.
pongha jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as silva walks away with a smile on his face. pongha gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

silva pushes pongha up against the cage in a clinch.
silva lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
pongha takes an elbow to the temple.

It looks like hiro pongha has been cut.
silva lands an elbow inside that pongha shrugs off.
pongha wants to break free but silva has control.
pongha looking to slow down the pace here.
pongha takes an elbow to the forehead.

silva misses with an elbow over the top.
silva looks to throw an elbow but misses.
pongha drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
pongha avoiding damage as silva throws knees to the body.

hernanes silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of hiro pongha.

silva moves into range and clinches up with pongha.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, silva just misses with a elbow thrown towards pongha's brow.
pongha takes an elbow to the forehead.
pongha blocks an elbow strike from silva.
silva throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
silva lands a damaging elbow.

That has opened up hiro pongha's cut even more.
pongha has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. silva is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
silva comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

pongha is rocked!
pongha takes an elbow to the forehead.
pongha is still on wobbly legs! Can silva finish him?
silva creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops pongha! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for silva.
