Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pep Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hernandez comes into the arena with Superstar-Lupe Fiasco blaring out of the sound system. Diaz has chosen Downstait - I Came to Play as his entrance music. On his way into the ring it seems that Pep Hernandez has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Pep Hernandez seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hernandez connects with a looping right hand.

It looks like Rick Diaz has been cut.

Hernandez lands a left and a right that send Diaz crashing to the mat, dazed. Hernandez thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Diaz is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nice sprawl there from Hernandez as Diaz shoots in.
Diaz is still on wobbly legs! Can Hernandez finish him?
Hernandez misses with the combination.
Hernandez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Diaz seems to have recovered his senses.
Diaz closes the distance and clinches up with Hernandez, looking for a takedown. Diaz pushes Hernandez against the ropes but Hernandez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Hernandez drops Diaz with a beautiful combination! Diaz stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hernandez is looking for the KO!
Hernandez wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Diaz looks gassed!
