Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Junior Felix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Klubber Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Junior Felix!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Klubber Lang!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Anthony Taglia and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Felix rushes Lang and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Felix tries to pull guard but Lang won't allow it.
Lang tries to circle away but Felix has him pinned against the cage.
Lang wants to break the clinch but can't.
A body shot lands from Felix.
Lang breaks the clinch.
Lang swings for the body but Felix moves out of range.
Felix scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Felix grinds an elbow into Lang's temple.
Felix trying to control the action but Lang is working from the bottom.
Felix in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Felix tries for a kimura but Lang is defending well.
Lang on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Lang is trying to get back to his feet.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lang can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Felix postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Felix misses with the ground and pound.
Lang wants to get back to his feet but Felix drags him back down.

Felix wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lang keeps working.
Lang parries the strikes from Felix easily there. Felix is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Lang to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Felix cracks Lang with a big elbow.
Felix fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Lang is pushing Felix's head away, looking to escape. Felix manages to hold on to the position though.
Lang really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Felix. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lang looks gassed!
Felix tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
The strikes coming from Felix are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Felix has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Felix shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Felix was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Felix working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Lang is trying to stand.
Felix jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Lang is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Lang and Felix has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Felix lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Lang down.
Felix postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Lang is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Felix landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Felix has hold of Lang's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Lang tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Felix cranks the arm and Lang screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Lang, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Junior Felix!
