Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Amr Abraham!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lock Bresner!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Abraham changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bresner tries to avoid it but Abraham manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bresner to the ground. Bresner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Abraham has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Abraham's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Horrible takedown by Abraham or perhaps it was just good defense by Bresner which made him look bad.
Abraham shoots for a double leg takedown but Bresner sprawls well. He's pushed Abraham's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Abraham has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Bresner to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Abraham is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Bresner pulls down on the head and he's put Abraham to sleep! This one is all over!
