Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between guigui borgne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that guigui borgne has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily guigui borgne seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
borgne takes a body punch but keeps moving.
guigui borgne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carter just misses with a punch to the body.
Carter blocks a head kick by borgne.
Carter keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
borgne tries to move into range but Carter moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
borgne throws a head kick that half lands.

borgne fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Carter, pushing him back against the cage.
Carter fails to pull guard.

borgne wants to stand up but Carter is controlling him.

Carter works his way into side control.
borgne is pushing Carter's head away, looking to escape. Carter manages to hold on to the position though.
The strikes coming from Carter are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
borgne is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Carter has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Carter throws a strike aimed at the side of borgne's head but borgne avoids it well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

borgne changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Carter looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Carter manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
borgne is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Carter cracks borgne with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
borgne is bucking up trying to escape but Carter cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Carter looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Carter wants to finish this one by submission but borgne is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Carter.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Carter wants to control the pace but borgne is squirming around nicely.

Carter has isolated one of borgne's arms. borgne looking to fight him off but Carter twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
