The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samuelsson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Reynolds moves away.

Samuelsson lands with an uppercut that bounces Reynolds off the cage and back into rage.
Samuelsson throws a right and a left that Reynolds avoids nicely.
Reynolds tries to score a power double leg takedown but Samuelsson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Reynolds somewhat.
Reynolds shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Samuelsson pinned against the cage. Samuelsson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Tim Reynolds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Reynolds gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Reynolds darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Reynolds drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Samuelsson dives on top into guard.
