Dignam comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Nine Inch Nails - The Hand That Feeds kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Tyler Dignam will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drabek lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Dignam lands with a right hand.

It looks like Jeff Drabek has been cut.
Drabek throws a big shot that misses.

Dignam lands a big right hand that sends Drabek crashing to the mat! Dignam stays standing though and waves Drabek back to his feet!

Drabek stays in close to Dignam's body and controls the position.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Drabek accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Drabek throws a big right hand that misses.
Drabek looking to sit in guard and control but Dignam gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Drabek wants to sweep but no luck.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Drabek is trying to hold Dignam in close to prevent damage but Dignam has managed to pass into half guard.
Drabek is looking for a sweep. Dignam is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Drabek is controlling Dignam's trapped leg to prevent Dignam from advancing to side control.
Drabek tries to get to full guard but Dignam has control of the leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dignam is thwarting Drabek's attempts to control the position.

Drabek misses with some strikes from the bottom.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Drabek slips under a jab from Dignam.

Drabek is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Drabek takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Dignam lands a big uppercut and Drabek crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Drabek looks OK. Dignam waves Drabek back to his feet!

Dignam comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Tyler Dignam is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Dignam dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Dignam fakes the body blow, causing Drabek to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Drabek goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
