Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between David Zubersoft (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rowan Clowsley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zubersoft comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica - Enter Sandman. The crowd seem to be enjoying Clowsley's choice of entrance music: Fort Minor Remember the Name (Hardstyle remix). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Zubersoft misses.
Zubersoft swings for the body but Clowsley moves out of range.
Clowsley shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Zubersoft sprawls well. Zubersoft wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Clowsley gets slowly back to his feet.
Zubersoft lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Clowsley decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Clowsley thows a huge punch but Zubersoft dodges it nicely.
Zubersoft is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Clowsley thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Zubersoft's head.

Zubersoft lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Clowsley circles away quickly and effectively.
Zubersoft closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Clowsley to the mat! Clowsley manages to get full guard.
Clowsley has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Zubersoft has passed into side control.
Clowsley tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Zubersoft presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Zubersoft changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Clowsley looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Clowsley throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Zubersoft paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Zubersoft is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Clowsley.

and Clowsley counters with a shoot takedown. Zubersoft fights it but they end up in guard.
Clowsley decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Zubersoft, up you get!

and Clowsley counters with a single leg into guard. Zubersoft didn't expect that.
Zubersoft working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Clowsley doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Clowsley manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Zubersoft is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Zubersoft closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Clowsley did well to prevent Zubersoft getting side control.

Clowsley is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Zubersoft pulls his head out easily.

Zubersoft uses his free foot to push down on Clowsley's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Clowsley.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Clowsley tries to reverse the position but Zubersoft maintains control.
Clowsley tries to lock up and control but Zubersoft gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

David Zubersoft overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Zubersoft can't control as he wanted to and Clowsley manages to get the fight back to his half guard.
Clowsley is staying active underneath Zubersoft, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Zubersoft is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Clowsley doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Zubersoft.

That was a close second round but I would say that David Zubersoft will probably get the nod.

Clowsley with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Zubersoft to score with a decent uppercut.

Zubersoft pushes a forearm under Clowsley's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Clowsley is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
