PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Okko Ukkonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aamo Kaira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaira is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ukkonen.
Kaira fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ukkonen on the side of the head.
Ukkonen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kaira pinned against the cage. Kaira gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Kaira has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ukkonen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Ukkonen drops back looking for a leg! Kaira is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kaira manages to kick Ukkonen off! Ukkonen jumps back into Kaira's guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Kaira cracks Ukkonen with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Ukkonen falls to his knees and Kaira doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
