Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Richards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hyde Vamp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Richards might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to All My Life. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hyde Vamp!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vamp lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Richards circles away quickly and effectively.
Vamp slips a jab from Richards.
Richards lands a nice hook to Vamp's body. Vamp takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Richards fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Vamp looks gassed!
Vamp blocks a head kick by Richards.
Vamp dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A head kick misses from Richards.
Vamp slips a straight right by Richards.
Richards scores with the left hand. Vamp knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Hyde Vamp has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Richards throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Vamp thuds a left hand into Richards's body.
Richards misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Richards misses with the combination.
The fight stays on the outside here - Richards looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Richards sizes up Vamp with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Richards cracks Vamp with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
That has opened up Hyde Vamp's cut even more.

Richards throws a nice outside leg kick.

Richards pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
A punch combination from Richards misses.
Richards tries a head kick but it misses.
Vamp takes a kick to the side of the head.
Harry Richards seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vamp swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Richards swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Vamp cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Richards lands a head kick that stumbles Vamp and the fighters go to the mat.
The cut above Hyde Vamp's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Vamp avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Richards is looking to work some ground and pound but Vamp has wrist control.
Richards has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Richards with a flurry of punches that miss.
Richards advances position into side control!
Richards creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Vamp sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Richards wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Vamp, who protects the arm well.

Richards scores with punches from side control.
Richards is trying to get an arm triangle but Vamp is defending well.
Richards throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Richards is trying to ground and pound but Vamp uses the momentary lack of control by Richards to regain half guard.
Richards is trying to control the action in half guard but Vamp is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Vamp is defending against the submission attempts here by Richards.
Richards wants to free his trapped foot but Vamp is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Richards scores with a jab to the head.
Hyde Vamp's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hyde Vamp's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Harry Richards!
