The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roux keeps the fight on the outside.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Belin is defended easily by Roux.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Roux perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Belin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Roux is working away from the top position though.
