Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovacic will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Beebus tries to clinch but Kovacic moves out of range.
Domagoj Kovacic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kovacic is trying hard to land a takedown here. Beebus sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Beebus.
Beebus closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Beebus is taking a breather. Kovacic says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Beebus is trying to work for a kimura but Kovacic is defending well.

Beebus is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Beebus seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Kovacic has recovered full guard.
Kovacic keeping moving, preventing Beebus from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Beebus might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kovacic kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Beebus missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Beebus stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kovacic swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Kovacic with a lazy takedown attempt
and Beebus counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kovacic won't be happy with that.

Kovacic is breathing heavily.
Beebus tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Beebus wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kovacic keeps working.
Kovacic tries to bench press Beebus off him but Beebus keeps the position.
Beebus is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kovacic has escaped the position, nice work there.

Kovacic pushes Beebus away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Beebus gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Beebus thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Beebus cracks Kovacic with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Beebus is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kovacic knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Beebus in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Kovacic is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
