Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronnie Carlton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valor Takishi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Valor Takishi will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Taro Takaoka and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takishi doesn't manage to clinch there - Carlton circles away.

Carlton connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Takishi momentarily.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Carlton wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Carlton throws a body punch but Takishi moves out of range.
Carlton stalks Takishi and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Takishi's face. Takishi staggers backwards, shaken.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Carlton is looking to wear down Takishi with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
