Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brett Heart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sho Kasugi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasugi throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Kasugi fails with a takedown attempt.
Heart moves out of range of the body kick from Kasugi.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Heart with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Heart pushes off an throws an elbow but Kasugi leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Heart swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Kasugi slows down the pace here.
Kasugi receives a warning from the referee for stalling.
Kasugi landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Heart throws a knee to the head but misses.
Heart doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Kasugi tries to pull guard but Heart holds him up against the cage and eventually Kasugi drops back down to his feet.

Kasugi gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Still in half guard, Kasugi seems content to control.

Kasugi seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Heart does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Kasugi tries to pass the half guard into mount. Heart knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Heart makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Heart.

Kasugi avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Heart is breathing heavily.
Kasugi trying to control but Heart is working from the bottom.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Kasugi wants to pass the guard but Heart is keeping the position.

Kasugi avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Heart keeping moving, preventing Kasugi from controlling successfully.

Heart looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Kasugi passes into side control.

Kasugi tries for a kimura but Heart is defending well.

Heart throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.
Heart looks to move to half guard but instead Kasugi has passed into mount! Damn!

Kasugi is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Heart can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Kasugi throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Heart has his hands clasped together but Kasugi breaks the hold and Heart is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Kasugi!
