PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mike Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Elton John - Rocket Man. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hansen is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Hansen is nestled in close to Black, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Black is staying active underneath Hansen, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Black has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hansen is working away from the top position though.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Hansen connects with a nice short shot to Black's temple.

Ken Hansen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Hansen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
