And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Correa Santiago!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santiago closes this distance looking for a takedown but T circles away.
Santiago lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but T circles away quickly and effectively.
Santiago lands with a straight right. T didn't see that one coming.

Correa Santiago seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
T lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Santiago circles away quickly and effectively.

T drops Santiago with a beautiful combination! Santiago stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - T is looking for the KO!

It looks like Correa Santiago has been cut.
T fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
T throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Santiago.

T has one foot on Santiago's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for T, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
