Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zhang Fei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daro Imbecylski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Imbecylski has chosen Now We Are Free as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Zhang Fei has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fei shoots in for a takedown but Imbecylski shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Fei fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Imbecylski waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Fei. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Fei to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

It looks like Zhang Fei has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fei looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Imbecylski accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Imbecylski is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Imbecylski works over Fei with some ground and pound from guard.
Imbecylski seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Imbecylski goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Fei is on top in guard.
Fei is breathing heavily.

Imbecylski had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Fei defends it easily.

Fei drops back, looking for a kneebar! Imbecylski looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Imbecylski looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Imbecylski!
Imbecylski throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Imbecylski wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fei keeps working.
Imbecylski sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Fei is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Imbecylski is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Fei is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Daro Imbecylski dominated that round.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Imbecylski misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fei doesn't manage to clinch there - Imbecylski circles away.
Fei fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Fei changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Imbecylski looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
You can see the frustration on Imbecylski's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Imbecylski might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Fei kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Fei is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Imbecylski looks calm but he's in trouble here. Fei gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Imbecylski is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Fei lets go of the hold and Imbecylski can pop his arm back in it's socket.
