Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Riku Ogawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anus Saukko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anus Saukko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Riku Ogawa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Anus Saukko!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Hirohito Nitta and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saukko misses with a series of wild punches.
Saukko throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ogawa shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Ogawa wants to finish this one by submission but Saukko is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Ogawa.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ogawa scoring with strikes but Saukko is staying in there.
Saukko is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Saukko is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Ogawa throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Ogawa mounts Saukko! Really nice guard pass there!

Saukko wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Ogawa.

Ogawa sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ogawa is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Saukko can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The referee warns Saukko that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Ogawa tries to control but Saukko wriggling away.

Ogawa thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Ogawa has hold of Saukko's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Saukko manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Ogawa is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Saukko has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Ogawa is breathing heavily.
Ogawa has control of Saukko's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Saukko regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Ogawa looking to control but Saukko is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Ogawa jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Saukko manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Ogawa tries for a kimura but Saukko is defending well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Saukko wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Ogawa fails to land a wild elbow strike.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Riku Ogawa dominated that round.
That's time! Ogawa's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Ogawa shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Ogawa was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Ogawa wants to control the pace but Saukko is squirming around nicely.
Saukko is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Ogawa looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Ogawa tries to control but Saukko wriggling away.
Ogawa won't let Saukko get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Saukko is in a horrible position here. Ogawa smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Saukko is breathing heavily.
Ogawa has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Saukko's face.
Ogawa is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Saukko is forced to tap! Great finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Riku Ogawa!
