The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matsumoto shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Le Bricoleur's guard.
Matsumoto might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Matsumoto is pushing down on Le Bricoleur's leg trying to pass to half guard. Le Bricoleur is fighting to maintain full guard but Matsumoto has managed to sneak the leg through.
Matsumoto is trying to work for a kimura but Le Bricoleur is defending well.
Le Bricoleur looks like he's trying to stand up.
