Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Black shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kane is trying to defend but Black finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Black passes the guard and advances to mount!

Kane defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Black.
Kane is looking to get to half guard.

Black looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Black looking to control but Kane is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Kane manages to regain half guard. Good work.

Black seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kane does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Kane wants to improve his position but Black is controlling well.
Kane gets back to full guard.
Black trying to control but Kane is working from the bottom.
Kane is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Kane is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Kane trying to keep a closed guard but Black is proving a slippery customer.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Kane looking for a guillotine here but Black defends easily.
Kane is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Kane looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Black puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Black is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Black is keen to just control but Kane is a slippery customer.

Kane wants to sweep but no luck.
Black passes Kane's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Black is breathing heavily.
Black prevents Kane from standing back up.
Kane has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Black is working away from the top position though.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Black stops Kane from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are battling for position here. Kane manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Black stops Kane from standing up.
Black tries to free his leg and advance position but Kane is retaining full guard.
Kane wants to stand but Black is controlling the position.
Black is pushing down on Kane's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kane is fighting to maintain full guard but Black has managed to sneak the leg through.
Kane trying to hold on to Black's head to control him but Black postures up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Black content to control rather than advance.
Black frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Mike Thomas Black will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Kane changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Black tries to avoid it but Kane manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Black to the ground. Black escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Kane is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Black is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Black has escaped and now he's on top!

Kane manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Black manages to get himself to full guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Black thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Black drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Black seems to have locked his on tight now - Kane screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Black, as he picks up the win!
