Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jose Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronnie Ronbo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aldo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Rough Rida. Jose Aldo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aldo connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Ronbo looks for a takedown but Aldo sprawls well.
Ronbo misses with an uppercut.
Ronbo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Aldo circles away quickly and effectively.
Aldo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ronbo manages to avoid it.
Aldo displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Aldo misses with a jab, cross combination.
Aldo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ronbo closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Ronbo swings away with a body shot that misses
enabling Aldo to counter with a crisp jab.
Ronbo moves in looking to clinch but Aldo pushes him off.
A combination from Aldo does no damage.
Aldo lands a nice hook to Ronbo's body. Ronbo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Jose Aldo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aldo lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Aldo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ronbo.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Aldo shoots for a takedown but Ronbo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Aldo throws a series of punches but Ronbo avoids them all with ease.
Ronbo dodges the punch combination from Aldo.

Nice straight punches there by Aldo. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Aldo.

Aldo lands a body shot.
Aldo misses with a few strikes there.
Ronbo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Aldo lands with a shot to the body.
Aldo misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Ronbo has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Aldo finds it's way round the side to connect with Ronbo's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ronbo takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Ronbo takes one on the button.
Ronbo is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Aldo jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Aldo lands a left and a right that send Ronbo crashing to the mat, dazed. Aldo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Ronbo is rocked!
Ronbo looks gassed!
Aldo lands with a right and another and another! Ronbo is in big trouble! Aldo lands again and this time it's lights out for Ronbo! A quality knockout there for Aldo.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jose Aldo!
