Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marco Chaves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Amade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amade looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Chaves is fending him off so far but Amade persists. Nope, Chaves circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Amade is in trouble now - Chaves has advanced to mount!
Amade keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Amade stops Chaves from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
Amade tries to improve his position but instead Chaves has taken his back!

Amade manages to reverse the position and now he's in Chaves's guard. Nice work there by Amade.

Chaves working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Amade doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Amade manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Amade drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Amade jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Amade postures up in Chaves's guard and throws a big left but Chaves blocks it.

Amade drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Chaves manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Amade has Chaves in his guard.
